Did you mean:

Discrepancies in the way some sellers are allowed to list their items.

I just spent way too much time listing a piece of jewelry - going thru all the steps - answering every question as required.  Had to go back 3 times to list the type of METAL.......and adding the color of the item in 3 different places.  Where manufactured at least 2 different places.

Why are some sellers allowed to list one picture.........

Why are some sellers allowed to use one word as a description - NECKLACE

Why can some sellers say "pearl necklace"......no idea what kind of pearl....faux, fresh water, Akoia, resin???

There seems to be some discrimination and I'd like to know why. Been here 10 years and just wanted to see if this issue irritates anyone else?

Discrimination?

Any seller who lists an item as "Necklace" has about a zero chance of selling. The better your titles, descriptions, photos, and item specifics are, the better chance you have of selling it.

That being said, why is it that you think you are REQUIRED to have more that one photo or every item specific filled out? You need at least one photo (more is better though) and you must fill out only the required item specifics - not all of them.
