Hello. How do I get eBay , a real human being, to open up a line of communication regarding a recent existing open case of not receiving an item? It seems I have to go to 4 different places, pages to get to my claim and not even knowing or understanding how I got to what ever pay I got to or need to get to? Why does eBay make it so difficult to provide direct common sense communication link?
