I do all my purchases on ebay. When I attempted to get the invoice i am not able to access my invoice when I asked the sellers to send me the invoice in pdf format, they refuses to offer me this assistance. This is causing difficulties with the customs department in my country. Ive download the invoices from PayPal. However most of these do not state all the information needed. I am thinking of shopping all purchases on ebay
