Hi. I have problem the below. I just sold a Luxury watch (more than $10,000) and buyer paid also. then it is showing like attached photo. so I cannot ship it or close or cancel the window showing. and the address is wrong Ebay set it up automatically. it is over 40 letters with "SCI C/O, Buyer company, Buy name " on name line as you see on the picture I attached
And it looks like I need to send the watch to verify as a authentic by ebay automatically.... what should I do?
Also If I try to change name it show like the attached photo. then it says " If I change address, I may no be covered by the ebay seller protection policy. this is my first time so very confused now how to verify authentic luxury watch and ship it now .

No, don't delete anything. Copy/paste Buyer`s company name , buyer`s full name on the next line. I am guessing that is how the authenticator knows who the buyer is in order to send the item on.
The name/address line is limited to 40 characters. Divide the Name line into 2 parts and move the second part down to the Company name line. The name/address is the authenticator for ebay's Authenticity Guarantee. Remember to get Signature Required, and I also suggest insuring the package.
