Ordered an item last July (2023). Transaction cleared the bank, and item still shows in transit. I have not yet received it. Seller is not responding to my requests. The item number is so old, it no longer exists and I cannot use it to contact eBay to get their help in opening a case or getting a refund. How can I reach eBay about this situation?
