Did not receive return shipping label

Hi, I received a refund for an item listed as new that was used and need to send the item back. However, I have not received an email with a return label from the seller or eBay and the case is closed. eBay says I need to return it by May 10th. Not sure what to do for this! Thanks all!

If the case is closed, you do not need to return the item.  Your seller may not understand that he sent the refund too soon and now you can't print a label.  Send him a message and let him know that if he wants the item back, he needs to send you a return label.  Set a date - give him a few days or week, and let him know you will dispose of the item at that time - donate, recycle, whatever is appropriate.

Thanks! I don’t think this seller volunteered a refund..eBay gave it to me as part of the money back guarantee because she didn’t want to refund me. 😬

Oh, well, then you don't have to return it. You could still tell the seller she can have it back if she sends a return label by the date you set.
