I bought a vehicle off ebay. I received an email from ebay to complete vehicle purchase. I followed the ebay link, however the seller did not have paypal payment and it states to contact seller for payment instructions. I contacted the seller and was provided w/ bank wiring information. The wire transfer was sent w/in 48 hours. I then made arrangement to have the vehicle transported. The vehicle is in my possession however have not received the title in over 6 weeks. Seller is not responding. Seller then went on ebay and Cancelled the purchase despite my payment and picking up the vehicle. I completed the transaction on ebay and communicated w/ the seller off ebay messages.
I tried to file for reimbursement today, however the system is not allowing me to go through
I then tried the ebay help, however when I choose the vehicle, I receive a message that I need to complete payment for the item
anyone can help me with this
how can I get to customer service
