Hi all--I'm somewhat new to selling (~6 weeks) and while it's been mostly going well, I have an issue with a couple orders. I had a buyer order and pay for an item, then told me to hold on shipping until she ordered more things. Over the next 2 weeks, she ordered 3 more items, then told me I could ship. I combined everything under the shipping label I'd generated for the first order since the shipping cost did not change (small items), then refunded her the shipping costs on the others and sent the package out. I marked the other 3 orders as shipped.
Now the first order shows as delivered, but the buyer asked me for tracking numbers for the others. I explained to her that everything was in one package, which is a little concerning because if she received the first package she would know everything was in there.
My funds on the other 3 orders are on hold because they do not show as delivered and the buyer has not confirmed receipt as far as I know. I messaged her a screenshot of the tracking number for the first order but I cannot add it on the other orders because the first one now shows as delivered.
How bad did I screw up/am I being scammed? I can't seem to find an answer on eBay on how to add tracking if one of the items already shows as delivered. It seems I probably should have added the tracking number as soon as I shipped, but I didn't realize that.
