Has anyone had problems with the authentication process?
I sold a pair of shoes that did not pass because they are a size 41 which is an 11 in the US. I listed them as such and the failed me saying the size was wrong. I called Ebay and explained to them designer shoe sizes and they apologized that the authenticator made a mistake.
I left the authenticator tag in the shoes, showing they are authentic. I resold them and a then they said they were fake. Now this I know to be false, as I bought them from the designer!
I have been flagged and my listing removed. All Ebay could say is sorry, this shouldn't have happened with the tag still being attached.
