I knew this buyer was going to be a problem as soon as he messaged me about 25 of more times a day. Now two weeks after receiving the item he claims non-existent damage and wants a partial refund. I offered return for refund. He did not threaten negative feedback which would have made this case easy. The negative says I declined a partial refund for damage. Is this against the rules? I have other laptops and he was messaging me to sell them to him. I knew something was wrong and told him the others are broken so I cannot sell them.
