@yago-15 I recommend contacting your local post office to help check on the location of the package.
If your package stopped in Houston they are having a very big back log and having to hand sort all mail.
If your package is late arriving this is what you do:
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay so you can be patient and wait a bit longer. Lots of delays because of the weather too.
