Delivery date keeps getting kick down the road.

I'm pretty upset when they keep kicking the delivery date down the road and preventing me from canceling the delivery and preventing me from any action at all, except returning something that I never received.

Tried to contact ebay, USPS with no help. Everyone is in a different country that doesn't really speak much English. And when I asked to speak to someone in the United States, they tell me there is none.  (????)

Are you looking at the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History? That date should not be changing. (The date on the item listing will change.)
