Im 50 and I’ve been a eBay customer for a year and get on the average 50 dollars worth of crap a month. It’s hard to get help with this app. My way of thinking is eBay apparently only wants my money anytime I have a question or complaint they don’t want nothing to do with that or they make it hard to do so. The bus goes right by my building so I can spend the money at Walmart no problem and I’m gonna start doing that if I don’t get some help with this app.

Sorry you're having problems getting help - what do you specifically need help with?

We are members like you, not eBay, but can usually help with most questions, or we can direct you to an eBay agent to assist you further. (Just don't post personal account info here).

A shortcut link to reach a live agent is on this page below - left side, click "Have us call you" or "Chat with us"(live chat, not bot asst). Keep it handy for future use:

My issue is this. I ask sellers before ordering to only use usps. Because fedx and ups leaves packages at front of building. My building is secure. I have a key for my mailbox. Only I can get in it. When I “buyer” tell seller this and please only use usps and they use fedx or ups and fedx and ups leaves package at front door and it get stole. Seller will not give money back and eBay stands by and let’s seller not give money back…while junkies get packages and I get screwed. No recourse whatsoever. I’m out and that’s that. I’ve been on eBay since 2020 and spend on the average 50 dollars a month. And to this day Walmart employees have never handed my stuff to theifs. And if they did I’m 100% confident Walmart would make it right. And it make no sense to argue to someone who I gave money to after I just said don’t use ups or fedx and they did anyway.  Sellers on eBay seem to think buyer are dumb and sellers know better. I deleted eBay app and I’m going to start using the bus that goes in front of building and give my 50 dollars to local stores. I’m out on eBay. Amazon did the same crap and I deleted that app years ago and hope it goes under.

Your frustration is certainly understandable, losing money is upsetting.

The most recent seller you left feedback for is a dropshipper - meaning they don't have the inventory or have control over how or when it ships.

Always check the "Shipping and handling" tab on any listing and make sure it clearly shows USPS as a shipping option. If it's only generic as this one is - "Expedited shipping" - maybe just avoid those sellers altogether.

I’ll not have anymore worries. I deleted the app. I’m over it. I deleted Amazon years ago and never looked back. Looks like it’s eBays time.
