I just learned that the post office has been having major problems with their services. Unfortunately this dilemma has affected my performance and unfortunately I am just learning of this issue after reviewing my declining performance. I sent this message and wondering how effecting disputing seller defects and if there is a way to chat or speak to someone directly about this issue? FYI, here is the link someone referred me to:

Look at your seller dashboard. Are you seeing defects for late shipments? Tracking uploaded on time and validated?
You must get your items scanned when you take them to the PO. I put everything in my mailbox and my carrier scans them in. If tracking is the issue, are you buying postage at the PO and not adding the tracking number to your orders?
