Defective item

I sold a laptop which I wasn't sure it works or not. I listed based on last time usage which was working. Because of no existing charger I couldn't test it to make sure still is working or not. I mentioned all this in description. Someone bought it and now say it doesn't come on. What is my option? I obviously said no grantee one it. I put my description in following sentence . “The item is in good condition. It does not come with charger. It was working properly last time but it has not been tested recently because of no existing charger. No Guarantee”

Defective item

You selected USED as the condition of the Lenovo laptop.  If you click on the circled i logo you will see that USED means:

An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or store return that has been used. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections. See all condition definitions

Since the item is NOT fully operational (since there was no charger to test it), it should have been listed as NON OPERATIONAL/FOR PARTS ONLY (not exactly sure of the term actually used).

If the buyer files a Returns Request with the reason Not as Described, you WILL accept the return and supply a prepaid shipping label for the item's return, or issue a full refund and not require the item to be returned to you.
