Defect?

Received a message from eBay informing me of the drop in my Seller Level status. No explanation however there is a suggestion directing me to the Seller Dashboard. The ONLY defect I could find was that I sold 99 items versus 100 items required.

Really?

 I can’t find a way to appeal this defect. I end back where I started.

Help please. Obviously, I want to appeal.

You lost your Top Rated Seller status?

100 transactions and $1,000 sales in the past 12 months is a requirement.

Being shy the 100 transactions isn't a defect.

It just means you didn't meet that requirement.
