Defect Rate

 
Dear Sir,
I have been counted a defect Rate on my eBay account “item not Receipt”  in the month of March. But after the case is closed in the buyers favor. Buyer confirmed that she received the item.
Ebay is not going to Reverse the case and not Withdrawing the defect Rate.
Can anybody help me what to do now.

When the buyer files an Item Not Received case, and it is after the last estimated delivery date, you have 3 days to reply with a tracking number that shows DELIVERED, or a full refund.  If you do neither, and the buyer has to Ask ebay to step in, it is at that point that a defect is recorded on your account, regardless of the outcome.  As a seller, you do whatever you need to do so the buyer does not Ask ebay to step in.
