So I've tried to use 3 different debit cards to pay eBay the 9.98$ I owe them so I can make purchases and sales because they've put a hold on my account so I'm unable to make sales and purchases. But everytime I try to add a payment method it always says it can't verify my card and I've tried it many times with 3 different cards which of course are good to use. I've even logged out and back in and uninstalled the app and then reinstalled but nothing seems to be working it keeps saying they can't verify my card even though I know the cards are good it's so frustrating...
