Dasaita Vendor will not respond while I seek a refund

This item is very close to the 2 year warranty and has failed to operate.  The vendor initiated a repair but that repair corrupted the unit (wrong file update).  It repeated the same instruction over a half dozen times and then stopped corresponding at all.  There is no published support number for this Chinese eBay vendor.  This unit was paid for in full ($520 USD) and is my purchase history for 2020.

I feel as though they are avoiding there warranty obligation and leaving me with absolutely no resolution other than to discard the unit at a total loss to me.

The company is Dasaita and they sell automotive stereos and head units.

Manufacturers do not honor warranties for items sold on ebay unless the seller is an authorized reseller or distributor.
