Damaged packaging sent by seller

The seller knowingly sent an item in damaged packaging that is dirty, damaged and torn. They refuse to acknowledge it even though they sent it that way. They do not accept returns but offer no recourse to make this right.  I have sent them 3 photos of each view but they refuse to acknowledge receipt of them.

I have never dealt with a seller who is so dishonest and nefarious.

Has anyone else had an experience like this?

The seller must accept a return of a damaged item. It doesn’t matter if it was damaged when he sent it, or damaged in transit - it is the seller’s responsibility.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item.  Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. Describe the damage in the comments.

The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund.  If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

Damaged packaging sent by seller

Thank you for your kind assistance and recommendations on how to handle this very difficult seller.

In all the years I have been with Ebay, I have never met such a dishonest and rude seller.  Ebay should

take notice because if this is being done to me, it is being done to others. I hope they take notice.

Thanks again for your help.
