I have an item that I sold and was damaged due to shipped. Pictures from buyer shows damaged to the box I sent. I tried to file a claim but it said no insurance. It was shipped usps priority which automatically has insurance. How do I file a claim?

You file the claim at usps.com.
Ask your buyer to open a return request so you can refund him, but ask him to hold the item and the box until you hear about the claim. He will probably have to take both to his PO for inspection.
