A seller's no return policy is trumped by ebay's Money Back Guarantee when an item is not as described. Go to your purchase history, click on the More actions button, select Return item, use Arrived damaged, file the dispute.
Once the dispute is filed it will appear just above your purchase history, the seller will have 3 days to provide a return shipping label or initiate a refund.
If they do nothing or try to deny the claim, on day 4, open the dispute and click on the Ask ebay to step in button, and a refund will be issued.
