DIsputing feedback

A buyer contected me becuase they say and Item was not as described. THey requested $30 refund. Becuase I think they are not being honest, I offered they they send the item back using the ebay return system and they weould be fully refunded and not even pay for shipping.

They refused, saying they want $30 or they are leaving me bad feedback. They have now left negative feedback to my account. I sent the removel request to ebay asking they the please look at the chat history, but within 1 hour, I was denied my removal requst.

I've been selling for 25 years and this is my fiest ever negative feedback. Can nothing be done for being treated so badly be a buyer with an account that was 6 months old?

If they communicated this to you through the eBay message system you can report the buyer for feedback extortion and the feedback will be removed.  If the communication took place any other way then eBay will do nothing about the feedback.
