I am seeking help. I recently received a return from a buyer who brought a set of rams from me. he claims that the rams I sent him were faulty and not working. I accepted the return and he sent me a different set of RAM with different serial numbers. The RAM return was not mine and is not working. I reported this to eBay with photos supporting my case and as a result, eBay ruled in favor of the buyer. I was shocked that eBay allowed this type of behavior. That will only encourage this buyer to scam other sellers as well. I tried to contact eBay to appeal but eBay said this case is closed and final. Anything else I can do? This case is disgusting and I cant believe eBay allowed this. If anyone has any solution please share and help your fellow seller. Your help is greatly appreciated.
