Customer paid and I bundled 3 items - he's now listed as unpaid for two

How can I remove two items that are indicated as UNPAID which actually have been sent with a 3rd item he purchased.  He was on Auto-Pay and within a few minutes it paid out the postage for all 3.  I then used one of the items and changed the mailing weight on it and sent the 3 items.

This morning I received an auto-email from eBay saying he's unpaid and that I have received some sort of credit.  I am more worried about his reputation as a buyer and want this cleared up beofre they post anything against him.

Here are the items which are listed as unpaid which he has actually received already.

@nado61   It sounds like you credited the buyer the whole purchase price on one item.  The shipping refund should have been taken a bit off of each item.

Did you add the tracking to all 3 items?   That's important.

You can turn off the auto unpaid item cancelation in account settings>

https://www.ebay.com/Cancel/Preference/UnpaidPurchase

You can always cancel as unpaid if needed manually after at least 96 hours or within 30 days of the date of sale.

If you wish you can uncheck the requirement for providing a payment method prior to making a bid or offer in account settings.     I can explain the plus and minuses of this if you wish more info let me know.    I personally do not require payment prior to making a bid because I want to offer combined shipping.

As for this Buyer's unpaid item strike.... you will need to contact customer service and ask them to remove it.  The buyer might have to appeal the strike themselves though.

Customer service on Social Media would be best for this since it's a bit of an unusual situation and not on the phone reps scripts.
