The customer never updated his shipping address. I was only made aware of this fact after I shipped his package. I did everything in my power to fix the situation. But I was out of my hands. I also gave him every bit of information I could find on how to fix the issue. The error was clearly on his part not mine! So the package was delivered to his old address and my funds are still on hold. What or who do I need to contact to protect myself in case he never gets the package from his old address

Respond to the not received claim by entering the tracking in the space provided in the claim. The claim should close in your favor with your funds released.
