You can use the eBay Automatic Assistant/Chat Option:
Click on the Help & Contact link at the top or bottom of the page. Then, scroll to the bottom and click the Contact Us link. You'll have to filter through the categories/help articles until the "Chat option" becomes available.
Type "Agent" into the chat box and press Send. The assistant will let you know if they are available right now. You can try again later if they are unavailable.
