I've been an eBay seller for over 20 years. eBay overcharged my customer for shipping, and for the life of me, I cannot find a way to talk with customer service about it. Very frustrating.

Your buyer was charged the correct amount based on the way you set up the shipping in your listing.

If the buyer in fact overpaid, you can use the Send refund link to refund the amount overpaid.

You should review the listing to see where you made the error in your setup.
