Customer Service That Doesn't Need a Phone Call?

Is there any way to contact the Help Desk at eBay without calling them on the telephone?  It's the 21st century, who the hell only has calling as an option?  The help bot is completely useless, there's no e-mail...   I went to log in on another device while on vacation, and the ONLY way was to have called a number, then "mention" a pass number.  Mention!?  I get the security of two-factor authentication, but I am not calling a number at one in the morning just to log into my own account.

eBay doesn't publish a support # so if you found one on the internet, it likely goes to a scam site where they will be happy to steal your personal information.

If you don't see the callback option and want one, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
