I purchased three sets of glasses from a seller and paid with PayPal. I was to pick the glasses up in a nearby town, but the seller never contacted me. I even offered to pay shipping and let her go ahead and ship them, but no reply at all. I asked for eBay’s help, and they only refunded one of these auctions. I need a real person to talk to, and so far I am not able to reach anyone to speak with. Please tell me how to proceed.
