Create return label for buyer to return item

Hi...I hope someone can assist me.  I received a request for refund for item I sold.  However, I accidentally selected full refund before creating return label.  How can I go back to  create return label?

You can't.  If you selected to refund the buyer, a return shipping label can no longer be printed.  If you want the item back, you will need to create the label elsewhere, save it as a JPG and send it to the buyer in a message.

In the future, when a buyer wants to return an item, you first agree.  A prepaid label will then be created for the buyer to PRINT out.  Once tracking for the item is DELIVERED back to you, then you refund the buyer.
