Coupon and Seller Offer

Can I use a coupon with a seller offer? 
The coupon does qualify for the item I am buying.

Check the terms/conditions of the coupon.  Generally coupons can not be combined with best offers.

I can’t find anything in the terms and conditions that specifically states that. Do you know how they would word it in the terms and conditions if you could not use it with an offer?

It is usually something like this - 

Coupon does not apply to auction-style listings, purchases made through Best Offer or Seller Offer features, or any listings in the Real Estate, Motors Vehicles, or Coins & Currency categories.
