Counterfeit

eBay just sent me an email  that basically says I am selling a counterfeit coin.  I am selling a quarter. It is a 1976 D Bicentennial and it is a gem. I looked on PCGS to see what one like that has sold for in the past. It sold for something g lime $3000-500” in a few auctions.

I am ADHD and I do not want to go through the hassle of grading it. They have so many rules just to send a coin. So anyways, I listed my REAL quarter and had an asking price of $2500. If someone had it graded, it would be a 68 or 69.

So what is happening here? I am so confused. I am still kind of new to Ebay, so maybe I just don’t understand. Thanks!,

Counterfeit

I just weighed it and It is 7.80!! It does not look fake at all. I didn’t even notice it was heavier so I did t think about weighing it.
I guess I’m going to take it to a coin dealer if I have time tomorrow.  If it’s real, I’m selling it for a whole lot more because that means it’s on the wrong planet I believe.
