Purchased Shimano bike pedals on eBay, they arrived about 8 months ago in what looked like orginal packaging. Used them and for a few months and inspected them recently because they weren’t working well and noticed a crack in one. I reached out to the seller because that’s what Shimano says to do and the seller responded at first and has now ghosted me. After some online research and the suppliers response I’m convinced my item is counterfeit. What is my recourse?
