I received a counterfeit product from a seller on eBay.
I only found out about it today, and it has been past the 90 days refund window. I found out it was a fake when I sent it to get repaired and they told me it was a fake and that there was no way for them to send it back to me. I want my money back since it was expensive.
If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated. I dont know how to get in-contact with a customer support person or ask for a call since there does not seem to be an option for fake products.

Although you’re past the time for eBay’s money back guarantee, you’re not out of options. Contact the payment method you used (bank or credit card company) about doing a chargeback for the item.

The seller has taken down that listing but has not removed their account. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The listing wouldn’t be available in a normal search because eBay purges listings after 90 days, but it would be available in your Purchase History indefinitely, although only with basic information. Since it’s past 60 days, it’s too late for you to leave feedback concerning the item.
ebay isn’t going to remove a seller after 1 bad transaction. And being this long, it’s too late to report any problems. However, if you follow the information I posted above, when the bank/credit card provides the refund through a chargeback, the seller is going to get hit with a hefty fee, so they’re going to know there was a problem.
