Was just left negative feedback and accused of selling a "fake" product. This is always demoralizing and I would never intentionally do such a thing. The problem is, I have researched this product online, NIA24 Sunscreen, and can find nothing referring to a knock off. I had another identical product for sale with ebay and removed it until this is settled. The packaging, paperwork I have examined all coincide with the legitimate product online. I asked the seller to tell me what makes this product "fake", the original accusation included that it was verified with her dermatologist. I even compared the ingredients with what was listed online and it is the same. Please advise, cannot get a response from ebay.

Buyers are not experts, many just think they are. If you are sure your vendor is a good one, just move forward. There isn't a lot you can do about it. Just move forward and don't let it get to you. Often time people will say stuff like this so the seller feels bad and they can hopefully bully them into a refund and let them keep the product.
So just move one. There is nothing you can do about this situation now.
One thing you should check is the feedback the buyer leaves for others. If you see a history of this behavior or other feedback abuse that is grounds to get your feedback removed and maybe some ramifications for your buyer.

It seems it is a sign of the times, as I have been rooked a few times and didn't realize it until after the fact. Customers understand that feedback is an integral part of ebay and it affects a seller financially and some buyer know how to play games with a seller knowing you will eventually give in regardless of who is right. Thanks for the advice, I am positive that the product I sold is genuine, manufactured still exists and found them online to verify.

Feedback is not as important as it once was since Ebay does not evaluate sellers based on feedback anymore. So never let a buyer hold you hostage to your feedback. Besides that is against the rule and if a buyer is threatening your FB, and they follow threw, you will likely be able to get it removed using the emails as evidence of intent.
I personally never allow a buyer to get away with something like that.
Good Luck.
