Counterfeit Item?

I purchased a sweatshirt that I think is counterfeit. The seller says NO RETURNS. I have bought the item at Athleta ever since it was introduced. I own several that I bought from the store. This one from eBay not match the store-bought one in size or fabric. The labels look identical to what I own. Fabrics are not the same at all. I have been on here for 25 years but do not know how to proceeed.

You can contact the seller to see what they say.

If you feel it is counterfeit or otherwise does not match the photos and description, you should open a Return Request.

The reason could be  "Doesn't Match photos and description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
