I received a counterfeit, first edition Charizard on Ebay and the seller(rydris_0)does not accept returns. The purchase was made on June 28(card received on the 30th) and I just received the bad news from PSA earlier today that the card was fake.
The seller has failed to respond and I would like to file an Ebay Buyer Protection claim but do not see how to accomplish this. Thank you for your help.

It's to late for any help from Ebay.
If you used Pay Pal, open a case with them or contact your credit card.
