Does ebay do anything at all about vendors who claim excessive shipping costs? I really appreciate vendors who have refunded any overages in the past. Sometimes the posted "shipping costs" are clearly outrageous!

eBay doesn’t try to control the pricing of items and shipping. Buyers are not being forced to buy from sellers they feel are overpricing things.
