Contacting human

Is there any way to contact a human when your question isn't anywhere near what the AI offers??

Good news!  The volunteer Buyers and Sellers who support this public forum are all human!  While we have no access to accounts we often provide members with solutions to their issue.  You can ask you questions here if you would like.

Thank you so much!  I asked i another post, but I'll repeat it here.  I'm a buyer and can't leave feedback.  I've followed all of the suggestions and also used five browsers including DuckDuckGo which doesn't hold anything in its cache.  Not only is the "submit" button greyed out, but I can't leave any written feedback.

If you inadvertently purchased as a Guest then you would not be able to leave Feedback on that transaction ... nor can you merge it with your account.  Buying as a guest | eBay

We see this on a regular basis ... 

You are still protected by the eBay Moneyback Guarantee: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Since it's both in my my watchlist and purchase history, is there any way I could have purchased as a guest?

No, if it is your Purchase history then it is on your account.  Feedback is allowed for 60 days then it is blocked.  For Experienced Sellers Negative Feedback is blocked for 7 days (after receipt I believe).  Those are about the only two other scenarios I can think of that would prevent you from leaving Feedback.

Thank you for trying, Mr. Lincoln.  I just bought the item wanted to leave positive feedback with comments.  I'll try to call using what you sent me; hopefully, I won't go around and around with an AI that doesn't have a way for me to get through.  Actually, I've found that the way to get around that is to say anything that will get me to anyone live and then have that person transfer me; but I'd rather not do that if I don't have to.
