Hi..is there any other way to contact or mail eBay team regarding a case where I paid for an item and it hasn't arrived nor has is shipped..it's last estimated arrival date is due too. I would prefer mailing or chatting rather then using phones.
For an item that is not received open a case in the resolution center, there is a link at the bottom of the page.

You can file a case when it's past the last expected delivery date and your item has not arrived.
