Contacting Ebay Resolution Center

Have not been able to find a way to contact Resolution Ceneter to file a problem with seller. Their website ( Ebay) has no direct connection to it and all there prompts have nothing to do with problem. It seems to be a well guarded secret. I have used it in the past (10yrs ago) and it was much eaiser to find/use

eBay no longer uses the Resolution Center. For help with a purchase, find the transaction in your Purchase History and use the link there to report an item not received or to return the item.
