I have a package being returned by the authenticator by FedEx.  I wasn't home and FedEx tells me I have to contact the shipper.  I cant find contact info for them.  This is $700 bag and I want it back.  Tricia

You will need to ask customer service for help - they will need to contact the authenticator.
