Hi! I've trying to reach the authentication dept via website & phone for 3 days now. A purchase I made is going to my old address via FedEx who says only shipper (authentication dept) can change the shipping address. I updated my address prior to seller sending but somehow it was still shipped to old address. I contacted authentication dept 3 days ago through general ebay # who said to call them with tracking number to make changes but now it seems eBay cannot reach someone in that dept. Can anyone help?
