I access eBay from three different computers. They all have VPNs which automatically change the IP address regularly. Every time I try to log in, eBay makes me change my password. It is really irritating. Is there some sort of workaround?

Yeah, I've heard that before. Also, that a VPN slows down the computer significantly. But, I can't attest to that personally because I don't use a VPN. A Virtual Private Network has some features that I would like, but the trade-off is unsat. I use complicated passwords, yet easy* to remember. I think nobody could possibly hack any of my accounts by guessing or reasoning out the password. They might get in some other way, but not via password.
*For example, mnemonics. Here's an example, one I don't use: 4Sasyaofbfotcann - and it could be extended even longer. Can you guess it? What if I told you the first four words are Four score and seven? Got it now? Anything can be chosen. Meoadeoallei = Mares eat oats and does eat oats and little lambs eat ivy. Of course for that one you'd have to figure out some way to get a number in there, since most passwords require at least one.
