I payed for shipping and chose to pay for shipping me selling an item and consumer got charged also how I resolve this thank you

The buyer pays YOU for shipping in the amount you set (or set up to calculate how much) when you set up the listing. YOU have to pay the carrier (either directly or through eBay).
