Purchased 2 items from a seller that were shipped via eBay standard shipping with an ESUS tracking number. I received a Confirmed Delivery Notification for the purchases 2 days ago indicating zip-code only, but did not & or have not received the items. Why would Delivery be Confirmed when the orders were not Delivered & what course of action should be taken by the buyer in the case that they are not received?
