Confirmation email

The seller didn’t send the initial confirmation email for the item I paid for and my bank statement is showing that the money transaction was successful . I’ve checked my viewing & purchase history with no answers

Hi @micwil3 

eBay sends out the confirmation email automatically when the buyer completes the payment.  The seller has no information on the payment other than what eBay tells them.

What does your Purchase History show?

If  you can not find the item in your purchase history, you may have purchased while not logged (as a guest). Check here to see if you have a "guest" purchase history:

My payment shows that the item isn’t there

Yes it was processed as a guest but it’s not showing anything

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
