Hello! I am trying to return an item. I choose the reason for the return, click next. Then I add a description for the return, add a photo. The "Confirm Return" button is greyed out and not clickable.
I have tried numerous times, I've even added the 10 pictures. I also tried through the Help and Contact option, same thing happens.
I am going to try a different browser. If anyone has found a solution, please help!
