High volume buyer. Have been in the concierge program ever since it's existence. Some 5 years + ago.
Yesterday I went to my concierge's contact page and it was removed. Tried a few times to contact customer service and they didn't know anything about the program. Then i tried a 3rd time and after an hour on hold an agent told me that eBay has removed all buyers from the program? To me it was one of the best descisions to form this new program and it has been a homerun for us. To remove let alone without any notice is a big mistake. Any thoughts from anybody if this is true or not? How doesn eBay plan on taking care of high volume Buyers to keep them happy so they keep on purchasing more. Thank You
